I’m in the process of refreshing this resource website and will be adding a new feature called Success Stories. The new page will have a filtering engine that will allow current clients and prospects to see how other service providers have used subcontracting to their advantage in the past. We are very excited to be able to create this “digital idea book” for everyone learn from others that share their ideas, projects, and strategies when it comes to subcontracting.

I am looking for just a brief summary (6-10 sentences) of the business case, the analysis that was done, and the savings (or efficiency that was created).
